About the WUIP

 

The World Union of International Phlebolymphology (WUIP) is an international organisation representing phlebology societies aiming to improve the standards of education, research and healthcare in the management of venous and lymphatic disorders and to provide a platform for scientific exchange and dialogue amongst its members and the wider community.

The WUIP aims to strengthen collaboration and foster harmony between its member societies to achieve a higher standard of healthcare, education, training and scientific research in phlebology.

The core values of the WUIP include promotion of organisational transparency, encouraging member accountability and practising objectivity.

WUIP Newsletter


The WUIP regularly products a newsletter that is distributed worldwide to its members and to those with an those with an interest in Phlebology. Read the latest issue of the newsletter here

Get engaged

The Engagement Working Group (EWG) is a group of young health professionals interested in phlebology who provide educational support and advocacy for health professionals new to phlebology. If you have a project that you would like the UIP to consider, you can find more information here

Pictures

The website contains a vast gallery of photos and images from its previous World Congress, Chapter Meetings and events. Much of the gallery is made up of photos sent in by those who have attended those meetings.
