Dear General Council members,

We are glad to announce the upcoming Annual General Meeting and General Council Meeting of the members of the International Union of Phlebology Limited (UIP), ACN 655 067 235). The gathering will be on the dates of the 8th and 10th of October, 2025.

The gathering will offer the chance to update on the different activities developed since the last General Meeting. Moreover, it will provide the chance to discuss whatever topic the members will like to present. In order to optimize the timing and organization of the meeting, items proposed by the members will be discussed on a “first come first served” basis, for which we kindly ask your eventual contribution in advance (president@uipmail.org, execdirector@uipmail.org). Deadline for discussion topic submission is September 30.

I take this chance to remind you every 24 of the month an open access video call is hosted to give voice to and update the members and all the vein-lymphatic community. If we won’t see each other before, I then look forward to being together on the 8th and 10th of October, 2025. Mandatory Pre-registration for Attendees

Pre-registration forms will be posted in the Members Dashboard of the UIP website.

In order to attend the General Council meeting, all attendees must register their details. No admission to the meeting will be possbile until the form is completed. This form will allow societies to nominate their representatives to the meeting, including a proxy if required. Proxies will only be accepted using this form and will not be accepted by email, text message or by regular mail.
